Barrister Uzair Ali Khan Ghouri is a managing partner of UKMS Legal and a former judge who served the Sindh judiciary for approx 5.5 years and served his resignation to pursue his career in advocacy in the month of July 2021.
He has vast experience in writing judgments, orders, interlocutory applications, revisions applications, petitions, and other legal areas.
He acted as chairman justice juvenile committee South for approx 2 years i.e 2019-2021 till his resignation. He has good command over civil litigations, criminal litigations, family disputes, arbitration laws, petitions, company matters, rent laws, and many others. Recently he has published the book on Business Law which is a great source of attraction in terms of knowledge to its readers

Mian Shahbaz Ali is the managing partner at Uzair AK, Ghauri & Mian Shahbaz Ali Barristers & Advocates. He is a graduate of International Islamic University Islamabad from where he had achieved his degree of Bachelor’s at Law in Shariah & Law. He has also completed his Master’s in Law from SZALBUL, Karachi. Moreover he is distinguished Learned member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
His areas of expertise include civil and criminal litigation in the District Courts, High Courts, Special Courts and the Services Tribunals. Mian Shahbaz Ali also provides valuable assistance in matters related to Banking Courts, Nab and Election Commission of Pakistan.

Born to a lawyer father & a Marine Zoologist mother, Mr.Talal is a member of Sindh High Court Bar Association & Karachi Bar Association. He is a lawyer by profession, but a teacher by passion. Besides practising law, he is currently teaching Business & Company Law to the students of ICAP in Tabani’s School of Accountancy. He also taught law to CA, ACCA & CIMA students in Al Hamd Academy. He taught ACCA students in the Al Hilm Institute of Higher Training of Saudi Arabia as well. He has collaborated with ICAP for the preparation of study material of business laws. He is teaching commercial laws in the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants International and Business & Corporate Laws to MBA & BS (A&F) students in Bahria University too. He also holds the position of Assistant Professor, Law at Karachi School of Business & Leadership.
